Clay provided high quality work and was very congenial. He went the extra distance to ensure everything was correctly functioning after replacement of a hot water heater. He gets extra credit for noticing that the vent did not seem to be functioning effectively and diagnosed the vent cap on the roof was inhibiting exhaust due to previous miss-installation. A great catch that resolved a potential fire hazard.
